Civil Revision
An aggrieved party may file a civil revision when no appeal lies against the judgment and decree or judgment and order (appellable) passed by the District judge/Additional District Judge/Joint District Judge (in certain cases) before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
