There are a number of cases relating to offences of violence against women. Law Lab represents the aggrieved party to the case.

1. Md. Toki Uddin @ Abuiya, Criminal Appeal No. 379 Of 2020

   The applicant was implicated under section 11(Ga) of the Nari-O-Shishu Nirjatan Daman Ain, 2000. He moved to High Court Division for bail. The Court granted him ad interim bail.

2. Ayub Khan versus the State, Criminal Misc Case No. 26936 Of 2020

   The Petitioner filed an application under section 561A of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the proceedings under section 11(Ga) of the Nari-O-Shishu Nirjatan Daman Ain, 2000 before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. The Court was pleased to Issue Rule and stayed the further proceedings of the case.
