An aggrieved party may file an appeal or miscellaneous appeal (F.A. or F.M.A.) against the judgment and decree or judgment and order (appealable) passed by the District judge/Additional District Judge/Joint District Judge (in certain cases) before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.  We have preferred a number of such appeals on behalf of our clients and obtained reliefs in their favor.
