1. Md. Abul Asad verus the State, Criminal Misc No. 2429 Of 2020

   The accused-petitioner filed this application for bail in connection with Hatirjheel Police Station Case No. 24 dated 14.12. under sections 21, 31 and 35 of the ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন, ২০১৮ read with section 124A of the Penal Code, 1860. The High Court Division granted him bail and the Appellate Division affirmed the Order of the High Court Division.

2. Dr. Md. Nurul Amin Chowdhury versu the State, Criminal Appeal No. 8911 of 2021

   The Accused-Appellant was implicated in a case under sections 29(1) and 31(2) of ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন, ২০১৮. The Accused-Appellant was granted bail by the High Court Division. Thereafter he moved to the High Court Division challenging the charge framing Order.
