When an application is moved before High Court Division, the Court can issue Rule asking the respondent or opposite parties as to why the relief sought should not be granted. It requires hearing at length. During this period, the Petitioner can pray for bail in pending rule.

1. Md. Shaharia Ahmed Prokash @ Shaharul versus the State Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 38681 of 2021.

   The convict-petitioner preferred above mentioned Criminal Miscellaneous Case against the Judgment and Order dated 10.03.2020 passed by the Court of Shishu Adalot, Sunamganj in Shishu Case No. 01 of 2020 arising out of Derai Police Station Case No. 02 dated 14.10.2019 (corresponding to GR No. 124 of 2019) convicting the petitioner under sections 302 and 34 of the Penal Code, 1860 and sentencing him for a period of 8 (eight) years. The Case is pending before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
